Office of the Registrar

The office is responsible for:

-processing admissions and registration requests,
-scheduling classes and maintaining class lists,
-enforcing the policies and procedures for entering or existing classes,
-enforcing graduation polices and keeping a permanent record of grades and marks.

Admissions:

Prospective student  and returning student applications are processed in order of receipt and are reviewed:

-to ensure applications are complete and admission requirements have been submitted,
-to ensure application fee is paid if applicable,
-to determine applicant satisfies the college's admission policy,
-to register students and issue acceptance letters,
-to issue admission or enrolment refusal letters to applicants who do not satisfy the college's admission policy.

Student Status:

-Prospective Student:  A student who is seriously considering applying to ACI 
-Current Student: A student who has been accepted and has an enrolment contract with ACI
-Returning Student: A previous student who wishes to re-enrol with ACI

Prospective students must visit the "Prospective Student" page for information on how to enrol to study at ACI.
Returning students must contact an advisor for application.

Requirements for Graduation:

Current students must refer to the Student Handbook for information on requirements for graduation.
